A quote from one of the memorable characters - Oberyn Martell - appears at the top: 'It is a big and beautiful world. Most of us live and die in the same corner where we were born and never get to see any of it. I don’t want to be most of us.'

And a countdown timer shows how much time is left for fans to 'claim the throne'.

Along with the Quest and Bleed sections of the new campaign, there is also a Create one which asked 18 artists to re-imagine 18 props from the show.

While streaming service NOW TV are giving fans the chance to receive Game Of Thrones themed tattoos at a one-of-a-kind tattoo studio.

Featuring a series of 16 designs by tattooist to the stars Lauren Winzer, who inked Sophie Turner's The Pack Survives tattoo, the event will take place over two days only from Tuesday 16th to Wednesday 17th April 2019.

Taking place at The Circle in Soho, London, fans can choose from a variety of tattoos, which draw on iconic themes, quotes and symbols from the show.

There will be 100 free tattoos available each day, with 50 advanced appointments available via Eventbrite, and the over 50 slots kept for walk-ins on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Tattoos will either be inked by Winzer, or by a member of her dedicated team, while the ink jobs are only available for those over the age of 18.

Permanently branded: Turner's other souvenir came in the form of a left forearm tattoo of the House of Stark logo over Lord Eddard 'Ned' Stark's (Sean Bean) phrase 'the pack survives' from the first season

Meanwhile, HBO revealed the runtime and the air dates of all six Season 8 episodes, three of which are at or over 80 minutes long with a fourth that comes just short.

HBO CEO Richard Plepler teased the lengthy episodes on the red carpet of the Golden Globes in January, where he told Variety that each episode feels like a movie.

'It’s a spectacle. The guys (series creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss) have done six movies. The reaction I had while watching them was, "I’m watching a movie,"' Plepler said.

While the episode lengths have been revealed, the titles of said episodes have still not been announced, as the countdown to the final season continues.

The final battle for Westeros between the living and the Night King and his undead army begins with the Game of Thrones Season 8 premiere on April 14.
