In this mini-course, I will teach you how to manage anxiety and fear around your diagnosis, live well with MS, and turn your symptoms into your superpowers.

Here’s how we’ll do it:

DAY 1

You will learn how to calm your brain quickly even when your anxious and fearful thoughts are flying around.  You will also learn how to find gratitude for your body and appreciate them deeply for what they can in fact do. As a result, you will write a thank you letter to your body, and feel the experience of radical gratitude.

DAY 2

Through meditation, you will discover the name of your symptom, find out more about their character, what they look like, wear etc. As a result, you will learn how to have compassion for them and be friends with them. Your symptom will begin to show you what your new superpower is, so that you can experience a mindset shift around its existence.

DAY 3

You learn how emotions are the language of the body and how to move through them by noticing how you feel with the negative ones versus the positive ones. You will learn how to shift your mindset so that your cells experience it too.

After noticing a gap in the support community around MS, I created mindfulness practices through meditation, movement, and sharing stories that helped me on my journey and have now been proven to help others shift their mindsets around theirs.
