The RWL12 Toronto conference continues to be designed as a broadly international, primarily in-person event. However, in response to the global pandemic as well as in order to expand the accessibility for those facing other barriers, it will include an option for a proportion of registrants to participate online.
Further details on online participation:
- Online registrants, whether making a presentation or not, are invited.
- Online registrants will be provided: formal confirmation of registration; copy of the conference program and the final proceedings; and, access to recordings of all keynote presentations.
- Online paper or panel presentations will be included in the conference program.
- Online paper or panel final written submissions will be included in the proceedings.
- To accommodate time-zone differences the online presentation sessions will be scheduled to occur in the mornings as well as evenings (Toronto/Eastern Standard Time). These will be live presentation sessions inclusive of a moderated question and answer period.
