Can't install 1809, clean or update

I have tried several times to install 1809 on my PC but it's not working at all. 3 clean installs and 1 upgrade using the media creation tool but it never worked. I've even created 2 different ISO's and burned 2 different DVDs in case it was a corrupt ISO to no avail.

When I do a clean install I get an OOBEREGION error. If I skip it then I get the OOBEKEYBOARD, the OOBELOCAL and so on. I can't create a user nor connect to my Microsoft account.

With the upgrade it just says that the system was rolled back saying there was a problem with Sysprep.

For the clean install I tried %windir%\System32\Sysprep\sysprep.exe /oobe /reboot but that didn't solve anything either.

1803 installs with no issues. I've read that if I'm not getting it through Windows Update then that means that my computer is not compatible which is odd.

Is there anything I can do other than wait to see if it's ever released for my hardware?

Thanks!

There were a lot of issues popping up left and right so it's my understanding that it has been blocked for quite a few users. Best bet seems to be to wait for the next

Thanks! I saw that issue but didn't read anything about it given I don't have an Intel graphic card. But that article linked to an issue with AMD drivers.

"Again, Microsoft has blocked the 1809 update for all devices with the affected AMD graphics processors."

Maybe that's it. I'll have to check at home what my graphic card is. I'll keep you posted.

Thanks :)
